Germany-Rheingold

You might feel that this is a trip your grandparents would make one of these old people ships traveling up and down the Rhine. Well, so what? They are right going there. The stretch of the river Rhein between Koblenz and Bingen about a 100 kms south has some of the most beautiful pieces of scenery in the country. The river is wedged between steep banks and mountains, many medieval castles and towers dominate those heights and on the river banks there are numerous romantic little towns. Everywhere there arevineyards, home of the famous Rheinwein signs beckon visitors to come taste it in the wine cellars.
